Contracts and agreements

All personal data is stored electronically in folders that only the relevant employees have access to. Upon termination of employment/ engagement, all documents that cannot be relevant for the future (e.g., employment contract/instructions, salary history and termination certificate) are deleted. Applications for vacancies or open applications (incl. CV and certificates) will be deleted if the person is not hired/engaged. If the applicant wishes, the application can be stored for up to three years. Agreements with tenants, sponsors, suppliers etc. are stored electronically and/or physically in locked cabinets.
